How to Edit Your SuperShuttle Reservation

With the growth of technology, comes the growth of easier and faster booking processes for whatever you are looking for. SuperShuttle offers fast and easy airport transportation planning via and through the SuperShuttle app.

Okay, so you have entered your flight information, your pickup and drop-off location, and you have paid with your credit card for your SuperShuttle ride. But wait, you just remembered you put in the wrong telephone number for your contact information. What do you do?

Customers can now use a function we call, “Trip Edits.” Whether you need to correct a cross street or simply update the phone number on your reservation, you can now make edits on your own through the SuperShuttle app or our website.

Now, let’s look at what you can edit on your own:

• Name on the reservation
• Telephone number
• Travel date and time – note: if your pick up time is coming soon, it may be considered “ASAP”. You will need to call the SuperShuttle reservation center.
• Flight information
• Baggage Count
• Flight type–Domestic or International
• Frequent mileage program accounts
• Addition of specialty notes

Now that we have covered your Trip Edit capabilities, please follow these easy steps to edit your reservation:

To edit your reservation at

Step 1: Visit and click on the EDIT/CANCEL TRIP link on the right hand side of the booking widget.
Step 2: Once you have reached the edit page on the website, it will ask you for your confirmation number. If you do not have this handy, you can provide your last name, phone number, or zip code to pull up your reservation. Fill in the requested information and hit the
Submit button.
Step 3: Follow the steps to submit your trip edits.

To edit your reservation on the SuperShuttle app:

Step 1: If you are using the mobile app, click on the menu drop down at the right hand side of the screen, then click on “My Trips.”
Step 2: Once you are in “My Trips”, click on your most recent trip you have booked and click edit.
Step 3: Follow the steps to submit your trip edits.
