Ahh the City of Love, also known as Paris, has amazing adventures and beautiful sights to see for any kind of traveler. Fresh French Food
These three “F’s” are definitely a highlight to the town of Paris. French cuisine is always fresh and decadent in every way possible. So we of course had to add a few restaurants to our list.
The first is Marché des Enfants Rouges, which is an amazing French market where there are food vendors everywhere. You can get your choice of the local French food, or flare it up with Moroccan food. Anything you order here will be prepared right in front of you and hot off the press!
Bouillon Chartier- This restaurant is over 100 years old! And stands behind it’s French traditions. Enjoy all of the tasteful French food here, from snails to soup or even fish, this menu offers a variety of French cuisine for travelers of all kinds.
Auberge Nicolas Flamel- This is yet another classic French restaurant with rich history. In 1330 a man named, Nicolas Flamel, was inspired by a book to fulfill his life dreams. As a scribe he made an average amount of money, but he married a wealthy woman and they devoted their lives to helping others and seeing the world prosper. Then Nicolas and his wife bought their house in Paris, and that now has been turned into a magnificent restaurant. Les épiciers- Step in for lunch to get the daily fresh salads, sandwiches and even dessert! Most locals stay for the wine and many choices of cheeses. Enjoy a nice sit down spot with your friends and enjoy all of the fresh cheeses and French wine.
Out and About Adventures
La cité des sciences et de l’industrie– Located in the heart of La Villette District, this is the biggest science museum in Europe! Bring your kids along for this trip because they will get to experience what it is like to be a scientist for the day! You can experience all different areas of science including the human body, a planetarium, mathematics and even learn about the technical culture of science. Your kids will be entertained to say the least.

Velib rides- More and more of these kinds of bikes are popping up everywhere, and for a good reason! Velib rides is a self-serving bike system that allows guest to rent a bike, did we mention they are always available, that’s right 24/7 you can rent one of these bikes. The easy to use bike machines make customers feel comfortable with the system. If you need to ensure your returned your bike correctly, a receipt will print out and have your information available. Enjoy the sight-seeing of Paris on one of these fun bikes!
Chez Bouboule- This is a restaurant and gaming place all in one! It is a game called pétanque and the goal is to throw hollow metal balls as close as possible to a small wooden ball also known as a cochonnet. You stand inside a circle with both feet on the ground, it’s a suspenseful game because anyone could lose at any moment, even if you are way ahead! Order a glass of wine and some appetizers while you play and let the fun begin!
Relax and Enjoy the View
Centre Pompidou- This museum is one of the most important in Europe but on the last level of the building you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city of Paris. Have you seen Paris from this angle before?
Parc André Citroën- Be prepared to get your breath taken away with an overview of Paris in a hot air balloon! You can’t see Paris like this in any other way, enjoy the unique experience and take lots of pictures!
Basilique du Sacré Coeur Montmartre- This is a very popular spot to visit in Paris, a beautiful church just taking second place of the most visited religious centers right behind Notre Dame. The architecture of this church is stunning, and can we say slightly resembling to the castle at Disneyland? Take visit at this beautiful masterpiece still functioning as a church today!
