Target Field

See the Minnesota Twins play in an exciting game of baseball at Target Field. If you are going, make sure to stop and look at the amazing views from the stands. Who knows, maybe you will catch a fly ball while you’re at it!

Minnehaha park

If the name of this park doesn’t get you smiling, then the park itself will. This park has a slew of outdoor activities including a bike path, garden, volleyball court, and even a disc golf course. Follow the Minnehaha Creek around to see the Mississippi River. Insider tip: If you are driving a car, remember to bring some cash along to pay for your parking.

Lake Harriet

Lake Harriet offers many things to do for guests at any age. The park brings in outdoor summer concerts and you can even go to the nearby beaches and rent a paddle board, bike or boat. This is a relaxed spot for all who come to enjoy the beautiful scenery and a place to hang out, outside.

Sculpture Garden

Construction is underway on this historic sculpture garden, but guests can still see the iconic giant spoon and cherry and many other large scale sculptures. Expect a new re-vamped sculpture garden opening in 2017!

Mall of America

You can shop the largest mall in the United States and enjoy the luxury of shopping pretty much all day! There is an aquarium, movie theaters, roller-coaster, a museum and much more to enjoy than just the shops. You can bring your little ones and they will enjoy all the sites to see at this historic mall!

Minnesota Zoo

Escape the human world and enter into the animal kingdom at this fun and interactive zoo. They provide many attractions for kid’s events but also have adult-only nights. See the zoo’s set schedule of animal feeding times, special events and much more here.

This is a local favorite with character! This bar is for those looking to have a good time and not expect much when it comes to the environment, they say it themselves on their website, “However, don’t come here if you are looking for something up-scale or fancy. Lyles is a classic bar and is determined to stay that way, even if it means patrons must only sit on 70’s red vinyl booths.” They have a great happy hour and is ideal for those looking to have a fun night!
