3. Special Effects On Rides- There are several rides at Disneyland that change for the holiday season. Jack the Skeleton has taken over the Haunted Mansion! His scary Christmas decorations and ghoulish friends have invaded the mansion and turned it into a spooky Christmas. If you have seen the film The Nightmare Before Christmas, you will understand the concept behind the ride. If you haven’t seen the movie, riders will still enjoy the new twist on having a “jolly” Christmas. The Jingle Cruise, also known as The Jungle Cruise, has transformed into a winter wonderland! Christmas Decorations have been dropped from an airplane and the Jingle Cruise animals are in the full Christmas spirit! The last ride that has a Christmas touch is the famous “It’s a Small World.” The entire outside of the ride is decorated in beautiful and colorful lights! The whole structure is covered with thousands of lights and the clock face has a Santa hat as well. The famous ride has been around since 1966 and is still a hit today.

5. Main street USA decorations- There are 79,000 ornaments all throughout Main Street! The Disney Christmas decorations are prevalent on Main Street and are a site to see during this holiday season.
