We understand what’s important to you, that’s why upgrading our travel features to make your booking process easier is our top priority. Early this year, the new and improved SuperShuttle app was released.
New App Improvements include:
- The ability to create a new member profile
- Access to Sign In to your member profile
- Eligibility to earn airline rewards
- Trip tracking on an interactive map
- One-way and round trip booking
- Access to upfront pricing and vehicle options
- Securely store payment information
With all of these features combined, the app offers the easiest way to book your airport rides. Interested in checking out what the booking process looks like? Follow this step by step guide:
- Select your transportation to or from the airport, if you would like to book a return trip, and enter the specific airport.
- Next, choose which service you would like for your transportation. SuperShuttle services include: shared-ride or a non-stop shuttle. ExecuCar offers: luxury black car sedan or an SUV service. Exact pricing for each service option will be provided to help make your choice easier. After you select your ride, the next step is to enter your flight information.
- Your flight information, pick-up time and vehicle choice will appear on the next screen for validation.
- Securely review your passenger payment information, hit the book now button and your ride is scheduled!
- On the day of travel, find your ride on the map and see where your van or black car is.
