Starting October 26th, 2015 we will have a new location at BWI. For those of you who travel to or from BWI often, you will find it much easier than ever to schedule your trip in advance and use our mobile check in. There is no need to wait in line or try to get a ride at a counter in the terminal. When you land, use the mobile check in and head to the outer curb.

For all domestic arrivals, exit door #7 in baggage claim or door #12, then cross the street to the outer curb pickup zone C1.
For International arrivals, exit door #16, then cross the street to outer curb and turn left to pickup zone C1.
Passengers should check in with a SuperShuttle BWI Customer Service Representative available at outer curb pickup zone C1 (across from door #7 in domestic baggage claim) from 8am-midnight 7 days per week. Passengers needing additional assistance may call 1-800-258-3826.
